We are a league which consists of 12 teams (for the 2011/12 season) split between two divisions following an initial period of fixtures where each team plays each other once to determine division splits, as there have been many new teams to the league this year.
All teams play on a Saturday afternoon at either 2.10pm or 3.40pm from September to March. Based at Market Harborough Leisure Centre, we play inside the dome where there are two covered courts.
There is also a knockout cup which is played throughout the season on scheduled weekends which has proved to be very successful in raising the competitive level played by all in the league. A plate competition also runs alongside this to ensure that each club gets to play more games. As well as the cup and plate competitions, we have a tournament held at the beginning of each season which is the all clubs tournament.
At the end of each season we have a presentation evening which is an opportunity to get together and celebrate our achievements as a league, as teams and as individuals.
